Our Mission

The mission of the Delaware Community Hub (DHC) is to provide a user-friendly website that helps residents easily find and access local non-profits, support services, community events, and programs throughout Delaware. Through an interactive resource directory, featured organizations, and community-submitted resources, the website highlights awareness, accessibility, and community connection going on around us.

Shlok Subramaniam - I want to help people in Delaware find the support they need to grow. Many people in our community face real challenges, and no one should have to face those struggles alone. I want to make sure that underprivileged and struggling residents know where to turn and feel confident reaching out for help. Delaware is full of caring organizations and people who want to make a difference. By connecting our community to these resources, I hope to build a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and valued. When we lift each other up, we create a stronger Delaware — one where every person has the chance to succeed.

Parth Polke, someone that really wants to keep Delaware safe and healthy. Basically the goal is help the community by telling other individuals to keep it clean. A way to help would be by keeping the streets clean, use less plastic and many other ways to keep Delaware a safe area. So let’s help this small state be better than it is right now.

Audrey Serajose

Audrey Serajose, a passionate person when it comes to uniting as a community. Delaware is a small state, but it doesn’t mean we can’t help build it up and keep it safe. This place provides an area that our community can access freely that aims to help them and our state. Promoting proper recycling, major issues, as well as allowing feedback we can use to further improve this online resource. Through our teamwork and actions, Delaware can become a stronger and connected place we can call home.

Ayaan Sohrab, a member who wants to help out the community for the greater vision of Delaware. Our main goal is to provide for the community with different resources on how a person can help their community. From one simple action such as picking up trash to leading a movement about the dangers of our community, there are limitless possibilities for all of us to make Delaware a better place.
